The surface quality of stainless steel plate mainly depends on the pickling process after heat treatment. Full attention should be paid to the heating of heat treatment or surface cleaning before heat treatment. The oxide skin thickness and composition of the oil attachment part are different from those of other parts, and carburization will occur. If there is residual oxide scale on the part of the stainless steel plate before heat treatment, the oxide scale on the stainless steel surface directly contacted by gas or oil flame is different from that not contacted. Therefore, during heating, it is necessary to make the processing part not directly contact the flame port.

The arc is a point heat source, the temperature distribution in the furnace is uneven, and the furnace charge melts slowly near the furnace door and on both sides of the tapping port. The production scale of cold rolled narrow strip of stainless steel plate is growing day by day, and the production process is becoming more and more popular. After sanding and 8K processing, the surface is basically free of problems.

In fact, the service temperature of the stainless steel plate is not suitable to be kept between 450 ~ 860 ℃. When the temperature of the stainless steel plate reaches 450 ℃, a critical point will appear. At this critical point, the stainless steel will dilute the chromium element around the carbon element, and then form chromium carbide. There is a chromium poor area where the diluted chromium originally exists. The appearance of the chromium poor area will change the performance and material of stainless steel, In addition, the temperature of 450 ℃ plus yield stress will transform austenite to martensite.
